- When reading Wasik, I put sticky notes with different markings on them near ideas I wanted to remember. Each symbol meant something different. (Symbols: ?= I was confused, != idea I wanted to remember, !!= important idea) In my essay, I didn’t use all of the ideas I marked, but I had them there if I ever decided to incorporate them.
- The internet is the only reason that Wasik was able to put the flash mobs together. If he didn’t have the internet, he wouldn’t have been able to get all those people there.
- He pursued meaning in his essay. He did this by saying how the internet gave him “purpose” when he was bored.
