“About Me”

My name is Maleigh Citro and I am from a small town in Central Massachusetts called Sterling.  Sterling is about twenty minutes outside of the city Worcester. My high school is a regional high school and is about 25 minutes away from my house. My high school was in a town called Holden. I graduated with about 500 other students. I am an Elementary Education major and I plan on declaring Special Education as a minor. I have four younger siblings, which is a big reason why I want to teach elementary school. My family is very big and we’re all very close. Three of my cousins are the same age as me and we have been best friends for our entire lives. I also love to snowboard and was able to have a job teaching elementary school aged kids how to snowboard all throughout high school at the mountain called Wachusett Mountain. This was my first job and I love doing it. I made some of my best friends because of this job. I always look forward to going to work and seeing everyone. Many of my friends in high school also skied and snowboarded and ended up working with me as well.
